1. 成为华阳会员会立即获得RM5折扣劵,成功注册会员后隔天就能使用。

华阳会员生日优惠 会员会在所注册的生日日期前1个星期获得一张价值RM20的生日礼券。
会员消费积分怎么累积?
● 累积积分:RM1 = 1分
● 积分兑换:
○ 积满300分,可兑换一罐华阳香椰咖椰或班兰咖椰(价值RM9.90) 。
○ 积满500分,可兑换一盒经典白咖啡,原味奶茶,炭烧白咖啡或无糖白咖啡(价值RM18.90或RM21.90) 。
○ 积满800分,可兑换一盒滤泡黑咖啡(价值RM28.90)
○ 积满1200分,可兑换一盒经典凤梨酥 (价值RM39)
● 会员须在付款时出示电话号码,会员编号或二维码以便收集积分并进行兑换华阳商品。
● 收集积分和使用积分兑换华阳商品仅限于华阳各门店进行(外卖平台:GRABFOOD、FOODPANDA、SHOPEEFOOD 消费不计算在内)
● 会员累计积分不可转让。

可以拥有多少个华阳会员资格?
华阳会员是通过电话号码注册,每位会员只能拥有一个会员资格,注册电话号码不可更改,会员资格也不可转让。
如果我把手机落在家里/没有带手机,无法访问会员帐户/忘记密码,或者想查看之前注册过的会员怎么办?
请在收银台提供会员注册联系电话+601x xxx xxxx,以查询会员身份及在华阳门店消费累积积分。
积分如何兑换商品?
华阳会员编号或二维码必须在付款时出示才能使用积分兑换华阳商品,兑换商品仅适用于华阳各门店进行(GRABFOOD、FOODPANDA、SHOPEEFOOD 等外卖平台除外)
积分兑换:
● 积满300分,可兑换一罐华阳香椰咖椰或班兰咖椰(价值RM9.90) 。
● 积满500分,可兑换一盒经典白咖啡或炭烧白咖啡(价值RM18.90 或 RM21.90) 。

基于安全保护功能,每位华阳会员需要输入密码查询会员帐户与积分。 请不要将您的登录密码透露给任何人,同时保护您的会员积分。
忘记登入密码怎么办?
请通过会员登录页面重置您的登入密码,会员将收到用于重置密码的 TAC 号码。 出于安全原因,TAC 号码将发送到注册的电话号码,只有会员持有人有权重设密码。

Where do I apply for an Oriental Kopi Membership? Is there a membership fee? What is the validity?
You may apply for Oriental Kopi Membership at any Oriental Kopi Outlet for FREE and lifetime membership. Please scan at the cashier or table.

What are my privileges as an Oriental member?
1. Get an RM5 voucher, which can be used the next day after successful membership registration.
2. Oriental Kopi member is entitled to a birthday voucher worth RM20 per year.
3. Oriental Kopi member is able to collect points from each spending and do the redemption on the next visit.
4. Get updates and promotions targeted just for you.
Is there any benefi t on member birthdays?
Oriental member is entitled to have ONE birthday voucher (worth RM20) ONE week before the registered birth date.
How do I earn Points?
● Accumulating Points: RM1 = 1 point
● Point redemption:
○ 300 points can be redeemed for 1 bottle of Oriental Traditional Kaya / Pandan Kaya. (Worth RM9.90)
○ 500 points can be redeemed for 1 box of Oriental Classic White Coffee / Teh Tarik/ Roasted White Coffee / No Sugar White Coffee. (Worth RM18.90 / RM21.90)
○ 800 points can be redeemed for 1 box of Oriental Drip Coffee. (Worth RM28.90)
○ 1200 points can be redeemed for 1 box of Oriental Classic Pineapple Tart. (Worth RM39)
● Contact number, membership number or QR must be presented upon payment in order to collect points & proceed to redemption.
● Earning points and redeeming products are valid in Oriental Kopi stores only (Purchase through delivery apps such as GRABFOOD, FOODPANDA, SHOPEEFOOD & etc are not accepted).
● Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined.
● Expired points will not be reinstated.
● Details of the Oriental Kopi points program will be updated regularly. Please check with shops for details. Points will be earned based on the total net amount of the transaction after the deduction of point redemption or discount.
How many Oriental Kopi memberships am I allowed to have?
Oriental membership is registered by mobile number, each member is only eligible to own ONE Oriental Kopi Membership, which does not allow to change their registered mobile number and the membership is non-transferable.
What if I left my phone at home / did not bring the phone, cannot access the membership account / forget my password, or wanted to check to sign up for membership before?
Please provide a registered contact number +601x xxx xxxx for membership at the cashier to check on the membership and collect points for spending at the Oriental Kopi outlet.
How do I redeem my points?

What is the Login Password?
The login password is a security feature applied to every Oriental Kopi membership. It is required whenever you manage your Oriental Kopi membership account. Please do not disclose your login password to anyone as it acts as a security code for your Oriental Kopi memberships point.
What should I do if I forgot my Login Password?
Kindly proceed to reset your login password via the membership login page and member will receive TAC number for resetting the password. Due to security reasons, the TAC number will send to the registered number and only the membership holders are entitled to reset their password.

Is my point transferable?
No, Each member's points are non-transferable and Points earned by different Oriental Kopi memberships cannot be combined.
I realized that I did not receive my point from one of the outlets. What should I do?

during offi ce hours 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday with your original receipts to request crediting of point. Once we have verifi ed, your points will be awarded within the next 7 working days. You are advised to keep your receipts until the points are refl ected in your account.
How do I know when my membership expires?
Is there an expiry date for my point? No worries, We’re a lifetime membership once you are sign-up and the accumulated point is available for 12 months. Please ensure your mobile phone number are available in our system.
How much do I need to pay to renew my membership?
There is no surcharge for renewing the membership and automatically renewing membership and you will retain all your point by renewing on time. You can check through your account for auto-renewal.
Do I get a refund on my point if my account is canceled?
You may allow redeeming your points for merchandise. We’re a lifetime membership once you are sign-up and the accumulated point is available for 12 months, you are welcome to come back to us anytime.
How do I identify the membership to the outlets?
Oriental Kopi membership number or QR must be presented upon payment in order to collect points & proceed to redemption.
